| Q: | When I visit, what are some of the things I should be looking for? |
| A: | When visiting, check to see if the residents are dressed -- this provides them a sense of dignity. Check for urine odors -- this is an excellent indicator if the facility is being kept clean and if the residents are being kept clean. Check for interaction between staff and residents -- this indicates whether or not the staff truly knows the residents and if the residents are happy. |
